Job Summary

  • The Admin Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.
  • The role will cover front desk responsibilities, office administration, coordination of office assistants, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage front desk operations and receive visitors professionally.
  • Attend to incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Coordinate and supervise office assistants and support staff.
  • Monitor office cleanliness, maintenance, and general workplace readiness.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
  • Support documentation, filing, record keeping, and administrative reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal administrative activities.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external parties when required.
  • Monitor attendance and daily activities of office support staff.
  • Support the reporting manager
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
