Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Role Overview
- The Operations Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize operational processes and workflows
- Drive productivity and cost-efficiency initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for effective delivery
- Monitor performance metrics and operational reporting
- Implement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- 8 – 12 years’ relevant experience (oil & gas/logistics preferred)
- Strong leadership, execution, and organizational capability.
