About the job
- The Commercialization & Project Manager is responsible for leading medium-sized innovation, product, and supply chain projects from concept through implementation.
- The role ensures successful commercialization of new products, portfolio changes, export initiatives, and contingency projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and delivering business objectives on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
What we Ask
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 5–8 years’ experience in Project Management, Commercialization, Innovation, Supply Chain, or Product Development within FMCG
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience leading innovation launches, portfolio changes, and commercialization initiatives
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with business case development, budgeting, and project governance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Knowledge of digital project management tools and portfolio management systems is an advantage
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
