Job Title: SAP Analyst

Job Summary
- We are seeking motivated professionals to join our SAP team as SAP Analysts.
- The trainees will receive structured onboarding and hands-on experience supporting SAP business applications, assisting in system support, testing, documentation, and process improvement activities across assigned business functions.
- This role provides an opportunity to develop strong SAP functional and technical support capabilities while working closely with business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP system operations, including issue logging, troubleshooting assistance, and user support.
- Assist in SAP configuration updates, system testing, and enhancement activities under supervision.
- Participate in data validation, migration, and master data support activities.
- Assist in preparing functional and process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), integration testing, and preparation of test scripts and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and support solution implementation.
- Assist in preparing system reports, dashboards, and basic analytics as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimising SAP-supported business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline.
- Completion of SAP Young Professionals Program (SAP YPP) training is mandatory.
- Prior internship or project exposure to SAP environments is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Foundational understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
Training & Development:
- Structured onboarding and continuous learning within the SAP Centre of Excellence.
- Mentorship from experienced SAP functional and technical consultants.
- Exposure to live SAP projects, system enhancements, and enterprise application support activities.
