Job Summary
- The Social Media Executive will manage and grow the company’s online presence across all social media platforms, creating engaging content to promote the apartment, bakery/pizza, and other business lines.
- The role is responsible for building brand awareness, engaging with customers online, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive sales and leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, captions) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and response to comments/messages.
- Collaborate with the Bakery/Pizza and Apartment teams to showcase products, promotions, and property listings.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns.
- Assist in planning promotional events, giveaways, and product launches.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all channels.
