Job Description
- Lead day-to-day fleet operations for key corporate clients, ensuring uptime, safety and service excellence across a nationwide fleet.
Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling, maintenance and utilisation of client fleets
- Drive safety, compliance and driver performance programmes
- Manage relationships with corporate clients and service partners
- Report on fleet KPIs and lead continuous-improvement initiatives
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Logistics or related field
- 7+ years in fleet, logistics or transport operations
- Strong analytical and people-leadership skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian transport regulations.
