Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Offer: N250,000 – N400,000 monthly.
About the Role
- We are seeking a motivated HR Officer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team.
- This role is perfect for an ambitious professional eager to grow in Human Resources while supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Provide day-to-day HR support to staff and management
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years’ HR experience in a structured organization
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software tools.
