Job Title: Machine Operator and Installation Master
Location: Abuja

Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervise laboratory activities and testing operations
- Advise management and projects on material engineering matters
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental requirements
- Manage training and development of laboratory personnel
- Oversee testing plans, documentation, and reporting
- Support resolution of material-related non-conformities
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
Job Requirements
What skills should you have?
- Technical training e.g. Construction equipment operator, road builder, concrete builder, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician. Comparable practice qualification possible
- Experience with heavy construction machinery
- Experience in concrete road construction, ideally with WIRTGEN sliding formwork pavers
- Knowledge of machine control, hydraulics and measurement
- Operating permission, driving licence and HSE instructions
- Willingness to work shifts, changing construction sites and outdoor work
- Safety awareness, reliability, teamwork and careful working methods
