Job Summary
- The Station Cashier is responsible for handling customer payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the smooth daily operations of the filling station while ensuring excellent customer service and accountability of funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer payments accurately using cash, POS, or other approved payment channels.
- Issue receipts and maintain proper records of all transactions.
- Balance daily cash collections and prepare sales reconciliation reports.
- Ensure accountability and safekeeping of cash and other financial documents.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel sales and other station transactions.
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or operational issues to management promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the cashier point and work area.
- Support the Station Manager and Supervisor in daily operational activities.
- Comply with company policies, financial procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Salary
N180,000 / Month.
