- The Station Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, staff management, safety compliance, and profitability of the filling station while ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily station operations and staff activities.
- Monitor fuel stock levels, product sales, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and review daily sales, cash, and operational reports.
- Oversee cash management, reconciliation, and accountability processes.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and security of station facilities.
- Coordinate product deliveries and liaise with management on operational matters.
- Drive sales growth and ensure profitability of the station.
- Supervise and support Station Supervisors, Cashiers, and Attendants.
Requirements
- Must reside around Mofola filling station along kaiama road axis Ilorin
- Must have completed NYSC.
Salary
N250,000 per month.
