Job Overview

  • The role is responsible for providing strategic leadership at the intersection of business intelligence, data analytics, and product development within the mobility business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level guidance on business intelligence and product development strategies to support the bank’s goals.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to align mobility business objectives with market trends and customer demands.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of advanced data collection and integration frameworks.
  • Utilise predictive analytics and machine learning models to drive business insights.
  • Champion the adoption of cutting-edge data visualization tools to enhance decision-making.
  • Drive in-depth industry benchmarking and value chain analyses to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitive activities and market trends, delivering actionable intelligence to senior management.
  • Develop long-term strategies based on comprehensive market analysis to ensure sustained competitiveness.
  • Lead the creation of sophisticated demand forecasting models tailored to the mobility business.
  • Drive efficiency in route and logistics planning through advanced optimization techniques.
  • Recommend data-driven operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
  • Spearhead the design and execution of innovative product strategies that align with the bank’s vision.
  • Develop and manage a robust product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of market-relevant solutions.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
  • A master’s degree or relevant professional certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in business intelligence, product development, or strategic planning roles.
