Job Summary
- As the Head of Accounts & Finance, you will oversee accounting and financial management activities while ensuring accurate reporting and effective financial controls.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial controls
- Manage accounts reconciliation, budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Utilize ERP systems and Excel to monitor financial data and prepare management reports
- Lead the finance team and ensure timely delivery of accounting and financial activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within FMCG
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, leadership, and accounting skills.
Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 monthly.
