Job Title: Chief Mechanic
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of mechanical maintenance experience; If working on DP Semi-submersibles, hold Flag State.
- Maintenance Supervisor license
- Experience in power and hydraulic systems is required.
- Experience reading mechanical drawings is required.
- Superior troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem resolution skills; strong leadership skills; and an ability to coach, motivate, and develop others and develop their skills and knowledge.
Other Requirements:
- Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE), West African Examinations Council (WAEC), or GCE O’Level.
- OND (Ordinary National Diploma) is equivalent to a 2-year Associate Degree in the United States, while HND or B.Sc. is equivalent to a 4-year Degree (at least 120 credits/units).
- Must be a Nigerian resident currently residing in Nigeria.
- Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written.
