Overview

  • The Federal Ministry of Works hereby issues this Final Extension of call for applications for the Engagement of Unemployed Skilled Artisans across all Local Government Areas in Nigeria under the Ministry’s Capacity Building and On-Site Training Programme.
  • The first advertisement, which ended on 31st December, 2025 had inadequate applications for the Engineers and Skilled Artisans cat-egories. However, the second one yielded enough Engineers but still fell short of the required number of Artisans necessary to carry out selection screening.
  • Therefore, this final advertisement is strictly for artisanship category. Unemployed graduate employees should not apply as enough applications have been received under the category and are presently undergoing processing for shortlisting.
  • This is His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s initiative and a key intervention of the Federal Ministry of Works, in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda aimed at strengthening national technical capacity, empowering young Nigerians, and supporting the delivery of critical infrastructure projects across the country.
