Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Hub Agent to join our Operations team. If you have experience in logistics, warehousing, or courier operations and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, sort, scan, and process inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and movement of parcels across the logistics network.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch while maintaining shipment accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Identify and report shipment discrepancies, damages, or misrouted parcels.
- Maintain accurate inventory and support periodic stock reconciliation.
- Collaborate with Fleet, Branch Operations, Customer Experience, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Support the achievement of operational KPIs, including shipment accuracy and turnaround time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, courier services, inventory management, or a related operational role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of shipment processing and inventory control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or logistics software is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with experience in logistics, courier services, warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment, retail distribution, or supply chain operations will be highly preferred.
