Job Summary
- As the Graduate Trainee (Sales), you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving product distribution, building customer relationships, and developing the skills required for a successful career in FMCG sales.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in promoting company products and achieving assigned sales targets
- Conduct field visits to distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to strengthen customer relationships
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and gathering market intelligence
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer activities and transactions
- Participate in training programmes and perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- Strong interest in building a career in FMCG sales and business development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Must be proactive, result-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
