Job Description
- This role is ideal for a technically sound engineer who can ensure MEP installations meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across multiple construction sites.
- Review MEP drawings and specifications to ensure installations comply with approved designs.
- Coordinate MEP contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure adherence to engineering and project standards.
- Ensure timely execution and completion of all MEP works in line with project schedules.
- Review and approve MEP materials to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and resolve MEP-related technical issues promptly.
- Supervise installation activities, testing, commissioning, and system handover.
- Prepare accurate project-specific MEP progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in MEP engineering within the construction industry.
- Registration with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) is required.
- Membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) is required.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for residential and commercial developments.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting MEP installations.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and project reporting tools is an added advantage.
