Job Summary
- As the Field Navigator, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective patients, building referral networks, and promoting timely access to healthcare services within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage eligible patients while building referral networks with hospitals and healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and caregivers on available healthcare services and treatment options
- Maintain accurate referral records and provide regular updates on patient progress and conversions
- Build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND qualification
- Previous experience in patient advocacy is an added advantage
- Strong communication, networking, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace with the ability to use smartphones for reporting and documentation
- Ability to work independently, travel within the assigned territory, and maintain accurate records with a high level of professionalism.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
