Applications are done entirely online at the official portal: NELFUND Official Portal Click Here or Click Here. Beware of fake sites—only use the official ones.
Before you start, have ready:

5. Create an account with a valid email and strong password, then verify the email link.
6. Log in and complete your profile (contact details, address, educational info, bank details linked to BVN).
7. Click Request for Student Loan.
8. Choose whether you want institutional charges only or institutional charges + upkeep.
9. Upload required documents (admission letter is key).
10. Review, accept the terms, conditions, and GSI mandate, then submit.
