Job Summary
- As a Construction Foreman (m/f/x) you manage structural shell construction projects in the building sector.
- By coordinating teams and subcontractors, ensuring top quality on site, and organizing all activities, you play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation to every construction project.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage structural shell construction projects in the building sector
- Participate actively in work preparation and planning
- Coordinate your teams as well as subcontractors for efficient workflow
- Monitor quality on site and ensure all processes run efficiently
- Organize and document all activities on the construction site
Job Requirements
What skills must you have?
- Completed training as a foreman, master craftsman, or construction technician
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the implementation of complex building construction projects
- Comprehensive technical understanding of structural work, formwork and reinforcement
- Communication skills
- Hands on mentality
- MS Office skills
- Englisch language skills (B2/C1).
