Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Drive the sales of salary loan and investment products to individual and corporate clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Monitor team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
