Job Summary
- The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, compliance, and staff welfare.
- The role ensures effective implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing employment letters, contracts, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate staff onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary matters.
- Support payroll administration by ensuring timely submission of employee data and updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support where necessary.
- Assist in organizing staff training, engagement, and welfare programs.
- Prepare HR reports and other administrative documentation as required.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
