Job Summary
- We are seeking to employ competent Company Site Representatives to provide administrative, commercial, and operational support across its business functions.
- The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of contracts, budgets, vendor relationships, supply chain activities, logistics, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess proven experience in supporting business operations within the oil and gas industry, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in SAP and other enterprise business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day business and operational support to project, operations, supply chain, and management teams.
- Administer contracts and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Track operational and project budgets, monitor expenditure, and prepare budget performance reports.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, performance evaluations, documentation, and contract administration.
- Support procurement and supply chain teams by preparing reports, monitoring material movements, and tracking procurement activities.
- Prepare and analyze supply chain, logistics, operational, and commercial reports for management decision-making.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation scheduling, material deliveries, and vendor communications.
- Provide first-line IT support by coordinating user requests, maintaining business systems documentation, and liaising with IT support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate operational records, databases, and documentation using SAP ERP and other business applications.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and ensure timely submission of required documentation, permits, and statutory reports where applicable.
- Support internal and external audits by providing operational and compliance documentation.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and clients.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous business improvement initiatives.
- Perform other administrative and business support duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Economics, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in business support, contract administration, commercial operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or project administration within the oil and gas industry.
- Practical experience in contract administration, vendor management, budget tracking, and operational reporting.
- Working knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement procedures, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP (MM, PM, FI, or related modules) or other enterprise resource planning systems.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
- Good understanding of stakeholder management and regulatory compliance within the oil and gas sector.
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Certifications:
- SAP ERP User Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 (Advantage)
- Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)
- Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT)
- Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)
- HSE Level 1, 2, or 3
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification (Advantage).
