Job Summary
- As the Operations Officer, you will support the Chief Operations Officer by coordinating logistics, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient business operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate import logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and equipment delivery activities
- Track project timelines, vendor deliverables, and operational milestones to ensure timely execution
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, contractors, and service providers to facilitate operational processes
- Maintain operational reports, project documentation, and compliance records
- Support the COO with operational planning, site activities, and stakeholder coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2–4 years experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or executive support
- Experience with import/export operations through Apapa, Tin Can, or Lekki Port is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian logistics, supply chain, and stakeholder management
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 monthly.
