Job Title: Head, Enterprise Application Management

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Purpose

To provide strategic leadership for the Bank’s enterprise applications portfolio, ensuring availability, performance, integration, security, and continuous enhancement of all business-critical applications, including Core Banking, Digital Banking, Cards, Payments, Treasury, Risk, and ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise application strategy aligned with business objectives.
Oversee application lifecycle management, upgrades, and enhancements.
Drive integration initiatives across enterprise systems and digital platforms.
Manage vendors, support partners, and application teams.
Ensure application availability, resilience, and disaster recovery readiness.
Lead digital transformation and application modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline will be an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing enterprise applications within Banking, FinTech, Telecommunications, or a large corporate institution.
