Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to drive delivery excellence across our multi-site operations.
- We need someone who can own projects from scoping to completion, build the systems that keep our teams accountable, and enforce the standards that our blue-chip clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple simultaneous projects across departments — from scoping to completion
- Build and manage project trackers (Excel, MS Project, or similar) with full visibility on milestones, blockers, and risks
- Drive accountability across cross-functional and site teams without requiring escalation or hand-holding
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers before they become problems
- Develop standardised project management frameworks and templates for consistent delivery.
Operations & Standards:
- Oversee daily operational workflows across project sites, ensuring processes are efficient, documented, and consistently followed
- Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal tools, and quality assurance checkpoints
- Enforce compliance with SOPs and quality standards during site visits and inspections
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring deliverables and SLAs are met
- Monitor operational KPIs and produce dashboards and reports for leadership review.
Tools, Data & Systems:
- Build and maintain project and operational systems using Excel, MS Project, Canva, and equivalent platforms
- Produce polished visual materials (decks, trackers, dashboards) that communicate clearly to senior stakeholders and clients
- Analyse data to surface insights, identify inefficiencies, and support evidence-based decisions
- Rapidly learn and adopt new tools and platforms as business needs evolve
What You Bring
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- 4–7 years’ experience in project management, operations, or a related delivery role (facilities management, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Project (or similar scheduling tools); proficiency in Canva for stakeholder-ready visuals
- Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce SOPs and quality standards, ideally in a multi-site or field operations environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable driving accountability across teams without direct authority
- High attention to detail and a bias for follow-through; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- PMP certification is an advantage but not required — we care more about demonstrated delivery discipline.
