Summary
- The Wireline Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and cable systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of wireline equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience with a proven track record of excellent service quality
- Experience in mechanical systems, transmission, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Proficient in the use of test equipment such as multimeters and megameters
- Candidates with Wireline (WL) experience willing to transition into a Base Maintenance role are encouraged to apply
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, en.thusiastic, and high-energy approach
