Job Title: Team Member, SME Product Liabilities
Location: Lagos

Job Overview
- The product officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration, origination, processing, and monitoring of the bank’s SME Liability products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of SME banking Liability products (Account variants, savings tools, Fixed income instruments, digital solutions etc).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify SME needs.
- Support the SME sales team with product knowledge and marketing materials through periodic product trainings.
- Monitor product performance and prepare regular reports on Liability portfolio.
- Coordinate with IT and Operations for product implementation.
- Assist in organizing webinars and capacity-building programs for SMEs.
Requirements
