What You Will Do
- As part of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth within your assigned market by:
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Building, managing and growing strong customer relationships.
- Developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.
- Understanding customer needs and connecting them to relevant financial solutions.
- Leveraging your market knowledge and professional network to generate business.
- Delivering against assigned sales and business targets.
- Providing a consistently excellent customer experience.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:2) in a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Marketing, Finance and other related fields.
- Professional certification (or advanced stages) in ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA is an added advantage.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Relationship Officer, or Business Development role in Banking, Finance, Marketing or related fields will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years – 10 Years post-NYSC experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, Customer Acquisition or a related commercial role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales, revenue or business development targets.
- Demonstrable experience in acquiring, managing and growing customer relationships.
- Experience in banking, financial services or another target-driven commercial environment is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the business and customer landscape within the preferred location is an added advantage.

- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify business opportunities.
