Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to deliver technical training to technicians, service advisors, and workshop controllers on the diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and proper handling of all Kia models, including Electric Vehicles (EV), Hybrid, and CNG vehicles.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Professional automotive certifications will be an added advantage.
- OEM technical certifications and trainer certifications are preferred.
- = 2–3 years of technical training experience within an OEM, distributor, dealership, or automotive training institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive technical experience.
- Experience working with EV, Hybrid, and CNG vehicles is highly desirable.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle technology.
- Proficiency in the use of automotive diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
