Job Summary
- As our Structural Construction Manager (m/f/x), you will take charge of site teams and and large-scale builiding construction projects. By ensuring top quality on site, you play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation to every construction project.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of site teams and coordinate diverse trades
- Oversee personnel, manage progress, and deliver projects on time
- Drive proactive work preparation and ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure top-quality results
- Implement site safety and compliance
- Manage change orders and audit invoices efficiently
Job Requirements
What skills must you have?
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or certified Technician/Master with relevant experience
- 10 years’ expertise in complex building projects
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
- Communicative personality and a team player
- Strong skills in MS Office
- RIB iTWO skills (nice to have)
- Englisch language skills (B2/C1).
