Job Title: Completions Field Supervisor / Senior Specialist
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Summary
- The Completions Field Supervisor is responsible for the preparation and optimization of Completion designs.
Responsibilities
- Drive and follow up on Completion equipment preparations
- Prepare Completion programs and run technical reviews
- Troubleshooting and service quality follow up
- Job analysis and closure
- Mentoring of Junior field personnel.
Experiences and Exposures
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in petroleum, mechanical or electrical engineering
- Experience in Lower, Upper, Gauge, Intelligent completions and liner hanger installations
- Minimum experience of 5 years in Completions with at least 10 installations as supervisor
- Ability to run;
- Lower Completion (SAS, Cased and Open hole gravel pack jobs, Formation Isolation valves)
- Upper Completion (Single and dual string, Safety Valves, Packers, Intervention)
- Liner hanger (cemented and uncemented liners, Polish mills, tieback installations)
- Permanent downhole gauges and Intelligent completion
- Experienced in redressing Completions equipment
- Experienced in downhole hydraulics, running tubular design and analysis simulations
- Experience in land, swamp, offshore and deep-water environments
- Strong work ethics, QHSE culture and customer focused
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to learn fast in a dynamic environment
- Results and service focused.
