Responsibilties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This process includes scheduling, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance
- Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality service
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues
- Develop and manage the spa’s budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability
- Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This effort may involve social media marketing, special packages, and partnerships.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 – 7 years experience.
Salary
N200,000 – N450,000 monthly.
