Job Title: Waste Management Supervisor
Locations: Kubwa, Bwari and Mpape – Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily waste collection operations and ensuring assigned targets are achieved.
- Coordinating the collection of waste from residential, commercial, and industrial premises according to approved routes and schedules.
- Ensuring all waste is transported and disposed of at approved dump sites.
- Maintaining accurate operational records, including waste collection logs and daily reports.
- Ensuring client log sheets are properly completed and acknowledged.
- Reporting incidents of refusal to subscribe to waste management services, indiscriminate waste disposal, or waste burning with appropriate evidence.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients, estate managers, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring the team operates safely, efficiently, and professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Must reside within or close to the advertised location.
- Ability to supervise a team and work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be proficient in using a smartphone for reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to work in the field from Monday to Friday.
- Previous experience in waste management, environmental health, logistics, operations, compliance, or any field supervisory role is anadded advantage but not mandatory.
