Description
- As a Field Officer, you will play a key role in supporting environmental health and compliance activities across the Federal Capital Territory.
- You will be responsible for delivering official notices to business premises, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all field activities are properly documented.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving demand notices and other official documents to business establishments.
- Retrieving acknowledged copies of served notices and returning them to the office.
- Recording and documenting evidence where establishments refuse to acknowledge or receive notices.
- Maintaining accurate field records and ensuring all activities are properly documented.
- Organizing and filing field documents to support reporting and compliance.
- Achieving assigned daily field targets while representing the organization professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work efficiently in the field and consistently achieve daily targets.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and documentation abilities.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
- Previous experience in field operations, compliance, marketing, customer service, data collection, or a related role is an advantage but not compulsory.
