Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with company safety standards.
- The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient movement of products and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products to prevent damage or loss.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Support other warehouse and logistics activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, 1–3 years of warehouse or storekeeping experience, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift and move goods safely.
- Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
