Job Description
- Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), with proven experience handling regulatory audits and inspections.
- Demonstrated ability to manage batch manufacturing processes, including granulation, compression, coating, filling, and packaging operations.
- Experience in handling deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change control systems.
- Proficiency in reviewing and approving Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production documentation.
- Ability to lead technology transfer and scale-up activities for new product introductions.
- Strong experience with production KPI.
