Job Title: Field Collections Officer

Locations: Lagos, Ogun and Oyo
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

The Field Collections Officer will be responsible for visiting customers with overdue loan repayments, negotiating repayment arrangements, conducting field investigations, and supporting recovery efforts within assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to customers with overdue repayments
Negotiate and follow up on repayment arrangements
Verify customer information and update recovery records
Support recovery of defaulted accounts and assets where necessary
Prepare collection reports and escalate difficult cases
Maintain professional relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders

Requirements

Previous experience in loan collections, recovery, or related field is an advantage
Ability to work independently and meet recovery targets
Familiarity with local routes and communities within assigned locations
Ability to communicate in local languages is an added advantage.
Must reside in Lagos, Ogun, or Oyo State.

Salary

N110,000 per month.
N20,000 transport allowance.
