Job Title: Quality Assurance Operations Support Personnel

Key Responsibilities
- Support quality assurance reviews and process audits
- Monitor compliance with operational procedures and standards
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for staff
- Track training attendance, assessments, and feedback
- Prepare reports on quality trends and training effectiveness
- Identify process gaps and escalate improvement opportunities
- Support onboarding and refresher training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 0-1 year experience in operations, training, quality assurance, customer service, or related roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
