Job Description
- MRT Net Solutions Limited is seeking a technology-inclined Project Delivery Officer to support the configuration, testing, implementation and successful delivery of its technology products.
- The officer will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation and train frontline and operational users.
Responsibilities
- Support the configuration and implementation of MRT’s products.
- Assist with gathering and documenting client requirements.
- Test configured products before deployment or client presentation.
- Identify, document and report system issues for resolution.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables and follow-ups.
- Maintain project records, configuration documents and implementation reports.
- Prepare user manuals, training materials and project documentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and end-user training.
- Train frontline, operational and intern-level users.
- Conduct end-user training independently when the senior officer is unavailable.
- Support users during onboarding, deployment and post-implementation stages.
- Communicate technical issues and client feedback to the Development team.
- Track outstanding project actions and provide progress reports.
- Ensure that completed projects meet agreed requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- One to three years’ experience in project delivery, software implementation, product support, training or a related role.
- Ability to learn, configure and support technology products.
- Good understanding of software testing and issue documentation.
- Strong project-coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to train users and explain technical information clearly.
- Strong written communication, presentation and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work closely with technical teams and clients.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
