Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Oversee QA/QC, laboratory testing, product release, inspections, and traceability.
- Manage CAPA, deviations, non-conformances, root-cause investigations, and change controls.
- Lead internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Drive improvements in product quality, yield, waste reduction, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
- Manage customer complaints and supplier quality performance.
- Develop quality dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Lead, coach, and develop the quality team while promoting a strong quality culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemical/Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10 years’ quality management experience in manufacturing, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in QMS, GMP, CAPA, audits, quality control, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of SPC, root-cause analysis, process validation, risk management, and supplier quality.
- Professional certification in Quality Management, ISO Lead Auditing, Lean Six Sigma, or related fields is an advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and quality data analysis.
