Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineer Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of engineering materials, spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in engineering stores, inventory management, warehouse operations, maintenance stores, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, or related fields, with strong organizational, inventory control, record-keeping, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills.

Job Summary
- The storekeeper shall be responsible for the inventory management of the spares and maintenance materials in the Engineering store
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for day – to day inventory management and stock control using oracle fusion (ERP) or and paper records
- Oversee and coordinate daily and monthly stock count activities
- Ensure materials/spare are checked in and out of store accurately and contemporaneously
- Involved in audit stock count activity to ensure that the store is functioning efficiently
- Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stock items through oracle fusion
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report promptly
- Ensure adequate record keeping and associated documentation and maintain inventory control
- Adhere to safety procedures related to maintenance, engineering and operation activities
- Participate in maintenance safety training and guidance for engineering team members
- Keep work area clean, organized and free from hazards
- Any other job – related duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- OND in Engineering/Business Administration or any related field, with competency in computer operation skills
- Relevant technical certification or trade qualification (NABTEB, City & Guilds)
Key Competencies:
- Strong Knowledge and skills on use of ERP like Oracle fusion
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawing and identify engineering spares.
