Overview
- We’re seeking an experienced UI/UX Engineer, who will be responsible for designing and developing reusable UI components and templates using Figma.
- They will work closely with the design and engineering teams to create seamless user experiences across our products.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop reusable UI components and templates using Figma.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across products.
- Create prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and engineering.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with designing and developing reusable UI components and templates.
- Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio that shows your design and engineering skills.
- Must have completed the compulsory 1-year NYSC or have an exemption certificate.
- A valid and up to date National Identity Card/NIMC slip is required upon commencement of this role.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of design systems and accessibility guidelines.
- Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
