Job Title: Terminal Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities
- As our Procurement Manager at APM Terminals Apapa, you will execute the full Source-to-Pay value stream and deliver sourcing strategies aligned with the terminal’s strategic plan, annual budget, and operational priorities. You will create value through cost efficiency, supplier performance, compliance, and a resilient supply chain.
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring adherence to Source-to-Contract processes for projects within the terminal procurement scope.
- Develop the Annual Procurement Plan, Annual Sourcing Plan, and Cost Plan in line with terminal priorities.
- Drive cost leadership across assigned categories and promote cost-conscious decision-making across business functions.
- Manage supplier performance and relationships, including proactive engagement with critical non-category-managed suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with APMT Procurement Standards, the APMM Control Manual, GRC controls, Sustainable Procurement requirements, and Joint Business Review activities.
- Connect terminal requirements to long-term strategic sourcing plans, global procurement initiatives, and supply chain strategies for critical inventory.
- Collaborate with terminal leadership and business stakeholders on annual budget preparation, operational priorities, and procurement improvement opportunities.

- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Bring typically 2–5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or engineering planning, preferably within industry, infrastructure, or port environments.
- Demonstrate practical experience with RFx processes, contract implementation, supplier management, TCO, sourcing strategies, and supplier evaluation.
- Use ERP procurement and inventory systems and digital sourcing tools effectively, with a sound understanding of Requisition-to-Pay processes.
- Apply strong negotiation, analytical, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills while managing high-value or high-risk spend categories in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
