TeamAce Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Accounts & Finance to oversee financial management, accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, and financial controls for a reputable FMCG company. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in accounting, finance management, financial reporting, audit, FMCG, financial control, or related fields, with strong leadership, financial analysis, budgeting, risk management, and regulatory compliance skills.

Job Title: Head of Accounts & Finance 

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Head of Accounts & Finance, you will oversee accounting and financial management activities while ensuring accurate reporting and effective financial controls.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial controls
  • Manage accounts reconciliation, budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning
  • Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
  • Utilize ERP systems and Excel to monitor financial data and prepare management reports
  • Lead the finance team and ensure timely delivery of accounting and financial activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within FMCG
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Strong financial analysis, reporting, leadership, and accounting skills.

Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 monthly.
