Job Summary
- As the Completions Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising well completion, workover, and intervention operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.
Responsibilities
- Design well completion programs, job procedures, risk assessments, and contingency plans
- Review well data and recommend suitable completion equipment, techniques, and technical solutions
- Supervise completion, workover, and intervention operations, including equipment installation, testing, and retrieval
- Coordinate with drilling, wireline, slickline, coiled tubing, stimulation, and production teams during operations
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, client procedures, company standards, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline
- 3–7 years experience in well completions, workover, or well intervention operations
- Experience in land, swamp, or offshore operations is an added advantage
- Experience with completion equipment from major oilfield service companies is desirable
- Strong technical, problem-solving, coordination, and operational skills.
Salary
N700,000 – N1,000,000 monthly.
