Job Summary

Job Description
- Establish and maintain an effective accounting and financial reporting system.
- Prepare monthly Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and Financial Reports.
- Prepare management accounts and financial performance reports.
- Conduct monthly inventory verification of laboratory reagents, consumables, imaging supplies, and other inventory items.
- Reconcile cash, bank transfers, POS payments, and other collections daily and monthly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reconciliation reports.
- Develop and implement an appropriate costing structure for laboratory and imaging investigations.
- Monitor operational costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Process payroll and statutory deductions.
- Handle remittance and filing of VAT, PAYE, Pension, WHT, NSITF, NHF, and other applicable statutory obligations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate external audits and maintain proper financial documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- 2-3years’ accounting experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Experience in financial reporting, taxation, inventory management, and internal controls.
- Good understanding of accounting standards and financial compliance requirements.
Skills Set:
- Strong financial reporting and accounting skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Inventory management and stock control experience.
- Budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Cost accounting and pricing analysis.
- Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
Salary
- N300,000 per month.
