Job Summary
- The Machine Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery within a fast-paced FMCG/manufacturing environment.
- The role also includes supervisory responsibilities to ensure smooth production operations and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and repair production and packaging machines.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical faults on equipment.
- Supervise and coordinate junior technicians and machine operators.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently to meet production targets.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Enforce safety standards and proper machine handling procedures.
- Liaise with production management to resolve equipment-related issues.
Requirements
- OND/HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Basic leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 (monthly, depending on experience)Application Closing Date
