Job Summary
- We’re looking for an experienced Nationwide Branch Expansion Manager to lead the Bank’s branch expansion strategy and execution across Nigeria.
- This is a senior role for someone who can take expansion end-to-end, from market and site selection, regulatory approvals, and build-out to branch activation and full operational and commercial readiness.
Who We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in banking, financial services or fintech, with at least 5 years at senior/managerial level in branch expansion, distribution or retail network.
- Banking / Fintech experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience leading multi-location or nationwide branch rollouts.
- Strong team leadership and performance management skills.
- Board and Board Committee engagement experience is non-negotiable.
