Description
- The Graduate Trainee – Direct Sales Executive Program is designed to equip fresh graduates with practical sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Trainees will undergo structured training and field sales activities while supporting the organization’s revenue growth objectives through the acquisition of new customers and promotion of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all assigned training and development programs.
- Prospect and identify potential customers through field sales, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion of prospects into customers.
- Represent the organization professionally during customer engagements and marketing campaigns.
- Attend team meetings, sales reviews, and performance evaluation sessions.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Banking & Finance, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Lower Credit.
- NYSC discharge certificate or exemption certificate.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Maximum age of 27 years is an added advantage.
